Effortless Shipping and Delivery for Your Business
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping and delivery experience for your bubble tea products. Van Cheong Tea offers the option of delivery or pick-up for your orders. Our weekly deliveries are designed to fit into your business’ operation. All deliveries are free with a minimum order and direct local pick-up from our warehouse is free.

Delivery Schedule
All orders must be submitted 24 hours in advance before 12pm PST
For example, if you are located in Richmond and want delivery for Friday please submit order by Thursday 12pm PST.
Note: If you would like delivery for Monday for the areas (New West, Vancouver East/West/Downtown, Richmond, Burnaby), please submit your order by Friday 12pm PST as Saturday and Sunday office is closed.

We Also Ship Across Canada & USA
For orders shipping to other Provinces or to the United States, we offer two types of shipping options depending on your order size:
1. Individual Items or Small Orders – Canada Post
- We use Canada Post rates for small packages and individual items.
- Please note: Once the package is picked up by Canada Post, we are no longer responsible for it. Any damages or issues that occur during transit are the responsibility of the carrier.
2. Bulk Orders – Third-Party Logistics
- For larger orders, we use third-party logistics with flat-rate shipping per skid (up to 1,800 lbs with dimensions of Length 40″x Width 48″ x Height 80″ inches)
- The base rate varies depending on your location, and additional charges may apply, such as:
- Fuel surcharge: Subject to change (e.g., currently 45%)
- Carbon tax: $10
- Appointment fee: $30 (if needed)
- Tailgate fee: $55 ~$80 (if required)
OTHER FEE:
INSIDE OR LOWER / UPPER FLOOR PICKUP / DELIVERY
Subject to $3.00 Hundredweight (Cwt) – Minimum $50 – Maximum $150. This will apply to any inside mall delivery, or carry-ins where the driver is required to handle freight 10 feet past an entrance threshold. Includes deliveries requiring basement, or upper floor delivery. If freight requires delivery above the 2nd floor or below the basement each additional floor will be charged at $25 per floor.
CONSTRUCTION SITE DELIVERIES
$75 fee when required to deliver to a location that is under construction being built or has not opened for business yet.
DRIVER DETENTION
When the vehicle is detained at places of delivery $75 per hour.
STORAGE CHARGES ON DOCK – FREE TIME ALLOWED – 48 HOURS, EXCESS AT
If the carrier can’t contact you to make an appointment for delivery.
$30 minimum, $7.5 per skid maximum $150 per shipment per 24-hour period (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) or fraction thereof.

Take advantage of our convenient free pick-up option from our warehouse and save on shipping costs. Simply place your order online, select the pick-up option, and our friendly staff will have your items ready for you at the designated time. Enjoy a hassle-free experience and get your bubble tea supplies directly from our warehouse for added convenience and efficiency.
pICK-UP DETAILS:
- All pick-ups is located at: 108-8288 North Fraser Way, Burnaby, BC, Canada, V3N0E9
- Pick up time ONLY 1pm - 4pm
- All online orders for local pick-up will be ready once our team contact you to confirm your order
- Any orders placed on Friday our team will contact you to confirm your order Monday
- NO pick-ups on Saturday & Sunday
- NO orders will be processed on British Columbia statutory holidays, any orders placed on statutory holidays will be processed next business day

Additional Information for Shipping
- Our website currently provides complimentary weekly delivery services to only Metro Vancouver Areas. Please refer to our Coverage Areas
- Each specific area has an assigned minimum order amount. Refer to the corresponding tab for minimum order dollars.
- If your location falls outside our Delivery Zone, don't worry. Place your order, and our team will promptly reach out to confirm the shipping cost. No payment is required when ordering from areas outside the Delivery Zone.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to remote and rural areas.
- For Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, additional charges based on weight may apply.
