Once an order is placed, we are unable to edit it due to different shipping costs. If you need to add/remove/change your order, please contact us immediately to cancel and then replace your order correctly.

You must create an account. Creating an account is free for all customers. You must place the order via the account to create an “Order History”. 

You can easily reorder by logging into My Account, going to Order History, all your orders will be listed with a breakdown of each product. 

You can easily “Add Item” into cart and start a new order. 

We have specific delivery days for different locations in Greater Vancouver. All orders must be submitted 24 hours in advance before the delivery day.

For locations outside of Greater Vancouver, please inquire for the shipping rate.

Our team process orders on a daily (Monday to Friday). 

Once you place an order online, our team will reach out to you and confirm the order. 

Once order is confirmed, our team will provide instructions for your order either for Local Pickup or date of Delivery.

We ship across Canada & USA

Our website currently provides complimentary weekly delivery services to only Metro Vancouver Areas. Please refer to our Coverage Areas

Each specific area has an assigned minimum order amount. 

If your location falls outside our Delivery Zone, don’t worry. Place your order, and our team will promptly reach out to confirm the shipping cost. No payment is required when ordering from areas outside the Delivery Zone.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to remote and rural areas.

For Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut, additional charges based on weight may apply.

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped. If you just placed your order online, please contact us immediately the same day, preferably within minutes or hours, and we may be able to cancel it.
